Biography
Mike spent the majority of his career with the YMCA in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Ontario, where he grew from a summer camp director to a senior executive responsible for philanthropy, business development and community partnerships. He has worked with business and community leaders, government, boards of directors and community organizations in the areas of strategic planning, organizational effectiveness and leadership development. Mike has a long history and passion for working with present and future community leaders both in the outdoors and internationally through the YMCA’s camping and youth leadership programs. Mike has a fiery interest in connecting with people and is inspired by others who are bravely “leaning in and moving forward”. He’s a certified EQ Coach and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach.
