Biography

Mr. David G. Kittle, CMB, serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Principle Wholesale Funding Inc. Mr. Kittle is responsible for developing and managing Principle Wholesale Funding Inc.'s retail and affiliate branch operations. He Founded The Mortgage Collaborative in 2013 and has been its President since November 21, 2016. He served as Senior Vice President of Industry Strategy at Interthinx, Inc. since October 21, 2013 until October 21, 2015. He served as an Executive Vice President of Quality Control at IMARC. He served as Senior Director of Industry Relations for mortgage industry leader IMARC. He serves as Executive Vice President of Vision Mortgage Capital LLC, a division of American Home Bank. Mr. Kittle served as an Executive Vice President of Stonegate Mortgage Corporation since January 2008. He founded his own company, Associates Mortgage Group, Inc. in 1994. He served as President of Associates Mortgage Group, Inc. He was President of the Louisville and Kentucky mortgage banking associations. Active in the mortgage banking industry since 1978, he started his career with American Fletcher Mortgage Co., where he became a top loan originator before moving up to management in 1986. He has also served with Jefferson Mortgage Group, Chase Manhattan Mortgage, Bank One and Citicorp Mortgage. He serves as Chairman of MORPAC and served as Vice Chairman of the MBA's Residential Board of Governors (RESBOG). He served as Chairman of Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) since October 2008 and previously as its Co-Chairman until October 2008. He serves as a Director of The Mortgage Collaborative. Mr. Kittle served as a Director of Mortgage Bankers Association since 2004 until 2010. He has been a Member of Advisory Board at Mortgage Harmony Corp. since December 2010. He is a mortgage industry veteran. He received his Certified Mortgage Banker designation in 2004.
