Biography
Dr Larder is the Department Head of the medical health officer group working for Interior Health. He trained and worked as a family physician in Edmonton before completing his training in Public Health and Preventive Medicine in Calgary. Since then he has worked as a medical health officer in several locations in BC. Before that Dr Larder obtained a degree in pharmacology, and following a masters and PhD in Cambrige he worked as a post-doctoral research fellow in the Physiology Department at UBC.
Research Interest
Areas of interest include risk assessment, surveillance and program evaluation.
