September - October 2017: Product and Relationship Management March - August 2017: Financial Risk Management â— Assigned appropriate initial haircut for all new Canadian securities by performing research of price history, industry volatility, and IPO prospectus â— Monitored and responded to backtesting results of security haircut rates to ensure proper confidence level is maintained

Planned and participated in an Integrated Default Simulation which focuses on managing the default of a federally regulated financial institution according to PFMI principles September 2016 - February 2017: Operations Governance and Oversight â— Implemented a going paperless initiative that resulted in significant cost savings for a department of 60+ employees â— Gained a complete understanding of securities trade life cycle from the front to the back end of a trade â— Advised internal and external stakeholders with regard to ad-hoc operational issues
