Biography
Ben is President of Armo Tool Limited, the third generation of the Whitney family to take a leadership role in the company founded by George and Ross Whitney in 1969. Ben graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in 2000. He was awarded his Masters in Engineering by Western University in 2013. Soon after graduation in 2000, he became a full-time employee at Armo Tool, where he had worked on a casual basis since age 14. Over the next nine years, Ben developed his experience in the tool & die industry as a designer, PLC programmer, project manager and manager of Armo’s Die Design department.
