Biography
Mr. Ira J. Perlmuter serves as Managing Director of Industrial Division at TripleFive Group of Companies. Mr. Perlmuter serves as Head of Private Equity and Venture Capital for the Triple Five Group. He serves as Managing Director of T5 Equity Partners LLC. He joined Triple Five over 10 years ago. Mr. Perlmuter served as Secretary at Lexington Healthcare Group, Inc., since February 1, 2001. Mr. Perlmuter founded and ran Cove Capital Advisors, Inc., and served as its Managing Director. He served as Managing Director at BDO Capital Advisors, LLC. He served as Vice President in The Chase Manhattan Bank’s Restructuring Group. Mr. Perlmuter was with Chase for over seven years focusing primarily on corporate loan restructurings to middle market and international companies. He has been Director at Lexington Healthcare Group, Inc., since February 1, 2001. Mr. Perlmuter also serves on the Board of one of the banks owned by Triple Five and is Chairman of the Bank’s Credit Committee. He served on the Advisory Board of Fairbanks Equity Funding Ltd. Mr. Perlmuter received a B.A. from Brandeis University in 1985 and an MBA in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University in 1991.
