Paula Sdao

Biography

 Paula Sdao is a Principal and Manager of Environmental Services at True Grit Engineering. Ms. Sdao has a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical) from Lakehead University, a Diploma in Environmental Engineering Technology from Confederation College, and a Diploma in Chemical Engineering Technology from Lakehead University. Ms. Sdao has over 20 years of professional experience specializing in project management, building decommissioning, contract administration, hazardous materials/designated substances investigations and management, environmental compliance auditing, environmental site assessments, environmental assessment, indoor air quality, and air emissions. Ms. Sdao is the Director and Secretary of the North-Central Finnish Society (Keski-Pohjalaistenkerho) and former second Vice-Chair of Confederation College’s Board of Governors. She is also a past member of the Thunder Bay Chamber of Commerce Environmental Committee and the Finlandia Club Board of Directors, past chair of Thunder Bay’s EarthCare Environment Committee, and past secretary of the Lake Superior Scottish Regiment Association.
