Biography
Mr. Danis has a BSc in earth sciences with specialization in geology and a M.Sc. in earth science with specialization in geochemistry from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQÀM). Mr. Danis was VP Exploration for Minorca Resources, Vogue Resources and Unigold Resources and has more than 20 years of exploration experience. Mr. Danis previously served as President and CEO of the Company until October, 2011.
