Biography
Dr. Cara Tannenbaum, MD, MSc, is a geriatrician and health promotion researcher at the University Institute of Geriatrics (IUGM). She also holds the Michel-Saucier Pharmaceutical Chair in Health and Aging, and is a professor in the Faculty of Pharmacy and the Faculty of Medicine at the Université de Montréal.
Research Interest
Dr. Cara Tannenbaum, MD, MSc, focuses on optimizing pharmacogeriatric care, linking the brain to the bladder, mental health indicators, and gender analysis. Her approach is to combat ageism, especially when it comes to urinary incontinence, cognitive impairment, mental health and inappropriate medications.
