Biography
Norman Betts has been associated with the University of New Brunswick since 1981 and joined the Faculty of Business Administration in 1992. Prior to that he was at the Faculty of Business at UNB Saint John. He teaches accounting in the BBA program and Accounting and Decision-Making in the MBA program. He was Assistant Dean (Graduate) from 1994 to 1997.
Research Interest
His academic interest areas are financial and managerial accounting. His research efforts have focused upon the accounting practices of public utilities. He also teaches in management development and executive programs.
