Research Interest
Research My current research focuses on the factors influencing staff retention in YMCA childcare centres. An additional goal of this study has been to explore the learning experiences of the student researchers who have been involved in collecting, analysing, and disseminating the data for this project. My earlier studies have focused on how Community Service-Learning (CSL) and graduate practica contribute to students' development of critical thinking skills.
