Biography
Andrew Mioduchowski is a professor belongs to the department of Mechanical Engineering from the university of Alberta.
Research Interest
Research interest's include inclusions in solids; non-circular and multi-face inclusions are considered in anti-plane shear and plane-strain modes. Particular attention is given to the influence of the interface layer on the stress distribution within the inclusion. Thermal Mirrors; Research on theoretical methods of determining the heat conductivity of a given solid thermoelastic material by measuring the time-envolution of the optical reflecting properties of its suitable surfaces. Carbon Nanotubes; Mechanical modeling of buckling and vibrations of multiwall carbon nanotubes.
