Research Interest
program of research focuses on quality of life among older adults. Specialized interests in this area include determinants of COPD-specific and non-disease-specific quality of life. I am currently embarking on research projects pertaining to active aging and its relationship to quality of life, happiness, and life satisfaction, and attitudes to aging. I also examine the psychometrics of QOL- and ageing-related instruments for use with older people.
