Biography
currently Associate Professor and Associate Chair Undergraduate in the Department of Mathematical & Statistical Sciences at University of Alberta.
Research Interest
research interests focus mainly on the fascinating interface between mathematics and physics. More precisely, I am interested in the interconnections between string theory, geometry, topology, number theory, quantum field theory and gauge theory. I love teaching. My goal is to create a stimulating and interactive environment in the classroom. Recently I have been involved in redesigning the first year calculus sequence following a blended learning and flipped classroom approach. Fantastic experience!
