Biography
Before joining UBC Okanagan, Chen completed his PhD at the University of Toronto and a postdoctoral fellowship at École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL). He received his BEng and MASc degrees from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and the University of Toronto, respectively.
