Research Interest
Julien Bengui joined the Department in July 2012 after obtaining his Ph.D. at the University of Maryland. His research focuses on international finance and macroeconomics in the open economy. He is particularly interested in the normative implications of financial frictions and nominal rigidities in the open economy, with particular attention to issues of international coordination of financial policies.
