Research Interest
His research interests fall into three main areas. First, I am interested in the involvement of staff and ways to better diagnose the degree of empowerment of employees in their work. This is a preliminary step and is often ignored by those trying to increase staff involvement. My second research interest is the evaluation of the potential and skills of individuals in the workplace context. More specifically, I am interested in evaluation tools and methods that make it possible to understand and predict behavior in the workplace in a nuanced and useful way. Finally, I strongly believe that the advancement of knowledge related to my fields of research and teaching can be maximized by the establishment of a sustained dialogue between researchers and stakeholders in organizations, in order to promote the implementation of their respective knowledge.
