His current research activities focus on three areas: * Assessing the Needs of Stakeholders and Managers in the Psychosocial Domain for New Knowledge * Evaluation of different knowledge transfer strategies (training activities, mentoring, communities of practice, etc.) * Identification of conditions that favor greater use of results produced by psychosocial research
