Biography
Gallagher Anne is an Assistant Professor Searcher CHU Sainte-Justine Director, Laboratory of Optical Imaging in Neurodevelopment (LION Lab) at University of Montreal, Department of Psychology, Canada.
Research Interest
Her current research focuses on the cognitive and brain effects of various pediatric diseases and syndromes, such as epilepsy, infantile spasms, prematurity, and congenital heart defects. In the laboratory, I use neuropsychological assessment and brain imaging (optical imaging -NIRS- and electroencephalography -EG-) to better understand these pathologies and their effects on brain development, identify markers predictive of neurodevelopmental prognosis and develop pre-surgical assessment techniques that can be used with these populations.
