Grondin, David is an Associate Professor, Regular Researcher, International Center for Comparative Criminology (CICC), University of Montreal - Researcher, Center for Studies and International Research (CÉRIUM), University of Montreal - Director of the Research Axis Mobility Management: Security and Insecurity Issues Center for Research on Immigration, Ethnicity and Citizenship (CRIEC), UQAM.

Research Interest

In my work, I mobilize both communications and media studies, including work on popular culture, cultural industries and cultural studies, as well as mobility and surveillance issues, with a focus on the manifestations of power over communications as on their effects.
