Research Interest
Globalization brings many changes in positions and skills that must demonstrate and institutions and individuals. In this context of constant change, workplace training is becoming increasingly important. But it must be recognized that training programs do not always lead to concrete behavioral changes at work. The research program focuses on this issue of 'learning transfer'. Based on theories and models on behavioral change, he identifies the parameters that influence and increase the transfer of learning. The research undertaken is carried out mainly in the real world and involves longitudinal data collections of a descriptive or causal nature.
