Biography
Isabelle Thomas is a Full Professor, Responsible for inter-university agreements and student exchange programs Associate Researcher, Ivanhoe Cambridge Observatory for Urban and Real Estate Development Member of the Laboratory Space, Nature and Culture, Paris 4-Sorbonne Member of the City-Region-World network Member of the Montreal Interuniversity Group "Cities and Development" Member of the Center for Development of International Research and Environment Member of the i-Rec network, information and research for reconstruction Member of the French Association for the Prevention of Natural Disasters (AFPCN) Member of the Canadian Network for Hazard and Hazard Studies (CRHNet). Research Interest
Isabelle Thomas specializes in issues of sustainable development, urban vulnerability and regional development. His research also focuses on smart urban growth with an international perspective, and the use of geographic information systems to promote sustainable development.
