Research Interest

My research interests are all focused on the power games of the actors of a communication exchange within the organizations. Based on a model of interactions developed during my thirty years of teaching and research, and inspired by the broad lines of action of decision makers who have marked the history of humanity, I study not only the practices but also the instruments that modulate or prolong these practices. My areas of research are, in particular, transnational organizations that must take into account the diversity of their staff and their clientele in the architecture of their internal communication systems. I am particularly interested in the articulation of the discourses built by negotiations between the components of these systems and the expectations of the beneficiaries of the goods or services offered by the production systems that often consider themselves as the masters or the financial carriers of those Communication. This brings me, in particular, to deal with the role of managers and their communication techniques, from writing to telematics, in the functioning of organizations, companies or administrations.
