Biography

Research Interest
His research and teaching interests include politics in the United States, international political economy, public opinion analysis, and research methods in political science. My recent research has touched on a variety of areas, including Canada-US relations, US trade policy, offshoring, and greenhouse gas control policies. I head the Chair of American Political and Economic Studies at CÉRIUM, I am a member of the Center for Studies on Peace and International Security. I write a weekly column and a blog at the Journal de Montréal and the Journal de Québec, and I have been a frequent collaborator since 2006 on the editorial page of the Toronto Star .
