Mill Stephane's research interests are in Inequalities and social injustices in the field of employment and in particular inequalities between men and women, The sociology of quantification, with a greater interest in statistical categorizations in the fields of education, employment and social stratification, School pathways, vocational integration and entry into the adult life of young people.
