Research Interest
His current research activities are divided into three parts. The first part focuses on the effectiveness of the work teams and brings together three professors and three doctoral students. More precisely, we seek to understand how some teams are more efficient than others. To this end, we have developed instruments that measure the determinants of group effectiveness, the results of this team in terms of effectiveness and the context of the team. Using this instrumentation, we tackle the issues of multidisciplinarity and ethnocultural diversity. The second part focuses on understanding the recipients' reactions to organizational change. It is based primarily on the theory of concerns, which is a preferred approach to study what is usually called resistance to change. Our research attempts to link the impact of organizational actions on the adoption of organizational changes when mediated by recipient concerns. Two teachers and two doctoral students make up the team. The third component is a direct result of 17 years of work climate research, which is anti-social behavior in the workplace. All forms of violence and abuse in the workplace are the focus of this quest. We have developed measuring instruments for this purpose and are experimenting with this pathological phenomenon of our organizations with various institutions. We consider organizational and individual determinants, individual mediating variables, individual and organizational moderating variables. Four teachers are involved in this research.
