Research Interest
Denis Saint-Martin is a professor and researcher in the field of administration and public policy. His work focuses on the institutions of collective action and the dilemmas that arise when the rational pursuit of individual interests leads to irrational collective outcomes. His current projects focus on the issues of parliamentary self-regulation in ethics and conduct, and on the empowerment of finance ministries in G20 countries as a credible engagement mechanism in the policy of fiscal discipline.
