Sylvain Paquette is an Associate Professor and he is the Holder of the Chair in Landscape and Environment of the Université de Montréal Associate Professor at the UNESCO Chair in Landscape and Environment of the Université de Montréal Regular member of the interuniversity network of urban and spatial studies Cities Regions World (VRM) Education: APA 2330 Landscape Analysis and Assessment, APA 4301 Tutoring Activities - Graduation Project, APA 6001 Landscape Theories, AME 6144 Landscape concept, APA 6012 Tutoring Activities - Directed End-of-Studies Work. Research Interest
Sylvain Paquette is a specialist in landscape sociology, landscape management and spatial planning. He is interested in the social and cultural valorization of inhabited territories, questions of identity and quality of life (urban and peri-urban), and the notion of new rurality.
