Biography
Dr. Julian Chan is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemistry and Biomolecular Sciences, at University of Ottawa, Canada. Dr. Chan’s research program on conductive organic materials seeks to design and synthesize novel π-conjugated polymers/molecules with unique optoelectronic and magnetic properties. Current areas of investigation include: (1) organic semiconductors, (2) organic π-radical conductors and (3) organic superconductors, with the goal of developing new functional materials for next-generation organic electronics. He is the author of many articles published in several reputed journals.
