Biography
Professor Julie is working as a Professor in the Department of Biology, at University of Ottawa, Canada. The major goal of her research is to understand how cognition (learning, memory and decision-making) is shaped by the selective environment. Her research is focused on avian behaviour, using mainly experiments in the field but also captive studies, as well as comparative methods. She use an integrated approach, drawing from behavioural ecology, cognitive ecology and evolutionary ecology. She is the author of many articles published in several reputed journals.
