Gina Grandy Primary Interests: leadership / leadership development; gender and women in leadership; competitive advantage; stigmatized work; identity; and case writing. Other Related Areas: stakeholder management; institutional work; change; culture; and management education. Theoretical and Methodological Grounding: interpretative and critical theories, and qualitative methodologies and methods. Empirical sites span the for-profit, not-for-profit and public sectors.
