Biography
Jeremy Rayner, Adjunct Professor, university of Regina. Jeremy Rayner research interests include resource and environmental policy; policy theory, especially problems of policy design and policy change; and contemporary political thought. I am currently working on three SSHRC-funded research projects, including one on sustainable energy transitions in Saskatchewan, and one Genome Canada project.
