Biography
Sandeep Mishra Assistant Professor (Organizational Behaviour) Associate Member, university of Regina.His particularly interested in understanding how aspects of the social environment (such as inequality) motivate risk-taking behavior. Other ancillary lines of research are focused on understanding the effects of inequality on health and well-being, especially in the workplace. His work is extensively informed by evolutionary theory. He is particularly interested in the application of risk-sensitivity theory (an evolutionary theory from the field of behavioral ecology) to understanding how people make decisions under risk.
