Biography
Lucy Tomlins is currently a Lecturer at the University of Salford . She is an elected NW representative on the Royal College of Nursing NW Board and a committee member of the national Association of Advanced Practice Educators. Lucy has a 30-year history as an Registered General Nurse/ RM within medicine, cardiology and management, and latterly a career in education. She initially graduated with a BSc Psychology, followed by a Postgraduate Certificate in Education and subsequently an MSc in Health & Social Care, more recently studying for an Educational Doctorate with a research interest in Emotional Intelligence. Research Interest
My research interests lie within Advanced Practice development, and EI in professional education.
