Prof. A. Denise Beaulieu received his PhD from Ohio State University. Currently, he is working as Assistant Professor in University of Saskatchewan. His research area includes Energy metabolism in the pig, Role of starch vs lipid as energy providing nutrients, Lactation and milk production and composition.
