David’s research is focused on understanding how high potential and talented employees are identified and developed within organizations and how organizational culture impacts these processes. He also studies how customizing and tailoring corporate career websites can be used to attract job applicants. His research has been published in Personnel Psychology and Journal of Business and Psychology.
