Biography
Dr. Jorgenson joined the College in 1998. His research program focuses on primary health care practice with interests in investigating: optimal roles for pharmacists in the primary health care system, interventions to improve medication management in the primary health care system, and best methods of teaching medication management skills to health professional students and practicing pharmacists. Dr. Jorgenson is also director of the Medication Assessment Centre, a pharmacist-delivered comprehensive medication management service, which aims to optimize therapeutic outcomes through improved medication use and reduction of potential or actual adverse events.
Research Interest
