Dr. Douglas Milne is currently working as a Associate Professor in the Department of Civil and Geological Engineering, University of Saskatchewan , Canada. His research interests includes Geological Engineering: Rock Mass Classification, Rock Stability. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Douglas Milne is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities.
