Dr. James A. Kells is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Civil and Geological Engineering, University of Saskatchewan , Canada. His research interests includes Hydrotechnical: Hydraulic Structures, Scour Processes in Cohesionless Materials, Ecologically Engineered Systems (fishways). He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. James A. Kells is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities.
