Biography
Dr Fang joined the faculty in 1999 following postdoctoral training at the University of Saskatchewan and an assistant professor position at the University of Alberta. He graduated from China Pharmaceutical University in 1986 and completed his PhD training at King’s College London in 1991.
Research Interest
Dr. Fang’s research team is pursuing an interdisciplinary research program on the absorption and health effects of antioxidants in prairie fruits.
