Biography
Prof. Leon Kochian, has received his PhD in Plant Physiology from University of California, Davis. Currently, he is working as Professor, at University of Saskatchewan. His research interest includes Plant mineral nutrition, Ion transport, Tolerance and adaptation to soil-based abiotic stresses.. He has authored several publications.
Research Interest
Our research program focuses on the molecular physiology and genetics of plant mineral nutrition and root biology with emphasis on plant responses to abiotic stresses in the soil.
