Prof. Lisa Clark, received his Ph.D from Simon Fraser University. Currently, she is working as Research Associate in University of Saskatchewan. His research interest includes Development of innovative therapeutic food products for treating malnutrition and responding to emergencies within high risk communities. She has authored several publications.
