Dr. M. Rose Olfert is currently working as a Emeritus Professor in the Department of Agricultural and Resource Economics, University of Saskatchewan , Ccanada. His research interests includes focuses on the economies of rural areas and communities, especially the relationship between rural and urban areas. My empirical work uses population and labour force change as the metrics of rural community health and vitality.. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. M. Rose Olfert is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He /she has authored of many research articles/books related to focuses on the economies of rural areas and communities, especially the relationship between rural and urban areas.
