Biography
Mike graduated with his PhD (UBC Vancouver), and spent a year in Madrid Spain as a PDF. In 1970 he began a 37 year career at the University of Saskatchewan as an industrial microbiologist where he taught fermentation, fuel alcohol production, brewing, wine and distilled beverages, and microbiological techniques.
