Biography
Rosemary has received a Masters degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Industrial Relations, both from Queen's University. She completed her PhD from the Centre for Industrial Relations at the University of Toronto and joined the faculty in the Edwards School of Business at the University of Saskatchewan in 1992. Her research interests include changing demographic patterns and the impact on labour force supply, career patterns and mentoring as well as public policy implications of an aging labour force. Other interests include alternative work-time arrangements such as the compressed workweek. Rosemary is co-author with David Foot of several demography papers, including, "Awakening to the Intergenerational Equity Debate in Canada”.
