Biography

Adriana Robertson is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Law. Professor Robertson’s research focuses on the intersection of law and finance. In recent work, she has studied the regulation and operation of debt markets, including banking, securitization, and bond markets. Trained in both law and finance, her research draws heavily on both empirical and theoretical methods from financial economics. Professor Robertson holds a BA from the University of Toronto (Trinity College), where she was awarded the Lorne T. Morgan Gold Medal in Economics, and a JD from Yale Law School, where she was on the board of the Yale Journal on Regulation and the Yale Journal of Law and Feminism.
