Biography
Amanda Heale, B.A.H. (Queen’s) 2001, J.D. (U of T) 2004, was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2005. Amanda is a partner in the Tax Department at Osler, where she advises on tax issues related to international tax and transfer pricing, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and tax controversy and litigation. She is a member of Osler’s Diversity Committee, Legal Professionals Committee, and Alumni Steering Committee, and a Co-Chair of the University Tribunal. In 2004-2005, Amanda was a law clerk to the Honourable Morris J. Fish of the Supreme Court of Canada. Amanda Heale, B.A.H. (Queen’s) 2001, J.D.
