Andrew Gray, B.A. (Hon.) (Toronto) 1991, M.A. (Toronto) 1992, Ph.D. (Toronto) 1999 (Toronto), LL.B. (Toronto) 2001, called to the Bar of Ontario in 2002, partner at Torys LLP. Andrew is a litigation lawyer, and provides representation and advice in respect of M&A and corporate finance transactions, securities litigation (regulatory and civil) and CCAA and other insolvency matters.
