Biography

Andrew Matheson, B.A. (McGill) 1992, LL.B. (Victoria) 1995, LL.M. (Columbia) 2003, called to the Bar of Ontario 1997, called to the Bar of New York 2004. Mr. Matheson began his practice in criminal law, working at Greenspan, Rosenberg & Buhr, and then joined McCarthy Tétrault, where he is a partner in the Litigation Group, focusing on securities and commercial litigation, as well as regulatory and white collar defence. Between 2003 and 2007, Mr. Matheson worked at Allen & Overy in New York City, specializing in securities class actions and white collar defence.
