Dr. Lopez's teaching and research focus on Culturally Responsive Leadership, Social Justice Leadership, Culturally Responsive Pedagogy, Critical Multiculturalism, Mentoring for Diversity and Equity, and Teacher Education. Research methodologies include narrative inquiry, collaborative action research, case studies, and biographical research.
